AK started with a simple idea: great hospitality should feel effortless — even when there’s a lot happening behind the scenes.

With a background in hotels, events and hospitality operations, I’ve experienced just how many details go into creating a smooth guest experience. Reservations, communication, planning, follow-ups and everyday operations all need attention — and when they’re not organized, they quickly become another thing on your plate.

That’s where AK comes in.

AK Hospitality Support was created to provide reliable, flexible remote support to hospitality businesses that need an extra pair of hands behind the scenes. My goal is simple: to take care of the details, keep things moving and give you more space to focus on your guests and your business.

MEET THE PERSON BEHIND AK HOSPITALITY SUPPORT

Hi, I’m Anne-sofie.

I didn’t choose hospitality because I wanted a typical 9–5. I chose it because I’ve always loved the energy, the people and the feeling of creating an experience that someone remembers.

I started studying Leisure & Hospitality, and from there hospitality became more than just something I studied — it became a world I genuinely enjoyed being part of. I loved that every day could be different, that there was always something to solve, organize or improve, and most of all, that the little details could make such a big difference to someone’s experience.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to experience hospitality from many different sides. I worked in front office and guest relations, managed a bar, coordinated teams, worked with event locations, recruitment and staff planning, and eventually took on a Regional Manager role where I was responsible for planning, operations, clients and personnel.

Those experiences taught me that great hospitality isn't only about what happens in front of the guest. So much of it happens behind the scenes. When communication is clear, reservations are organized, teams know what needs to happen and the details are taken care of, everything simply runs better.

That’s what inspired me to start AK Hospitality Support — combining the part of hospitality I love with the organization, coordination and behind-the-scenes work I’ve always been good at.

My goal is simple: to use my experience to make hospitality businesses run a little smoother, while giving them the support they need to focus on what they do best.
